When employees are ready to take flexible work arrangements so as to balance their work and family, they must sound convincing to the employer so that they understand your problems and accept your request to work from home or at flexible working hours. Generally, mothers opt for four hours a day or only three days a week as part of part time work schedule.Flexible working hours and compressed work week arrangements are much easier than the rest. The only preference of employers is quality work and timely delivery. They does not refrain them from working as long as they meet both the requirements.So, after examining the various options, you will obviously select the one which can be more beneficial for yourself.  The one and only advice is that you must be well-prepared before placing your proposal in front of the employer so that he/she finds it difficult to refuse.
